#203 ~ On Being Healthy
Some tips on how to change your lifestyle and become the healthy person you deserve to be:
1) Go to the gym. Of course this means managing your time, so if you work all day and go to the gym after work, don't forget to pack your gym bag.
2) If you must eat at a restaurant with fatty food stuffs (and you know you must), eat guacamole. Live.
